Five startups. Two expert judges. Every session runs 90 minutes and is designed to give founders clear, honest, actionable input, not applause.
Submit a short application through BenueTech. Five startups are selected per session based on relevance, clarity, and readiness to receive feedback.
Accepted founders receive a standardized 10-slide pitch template covering problem, solution, market, traction, business model, team, and ask.
Present for 5 minutes. Receive 5 minutes of structured, scored feedback from judges with startup-building and investment experience.
Top pitches from each session compete for recognition at the Benue Tech Summit in September. This is not a one-off, it is a progression.

Pitch Friday is for founders who are building, not just ideating. You don’t need to be perfect, you need to be honest about what you’re solving and ready to hear hard truths.
Your startup is founded, operating, or focused on solving problems within the Benue ecosystem.
Your product or service uses technology as a core component, across any sector from agri to fintech to health.
Idea-stage with clear validation thinking, MVP, early traction, or revenue, all are welcome.
You can clearly articulate the problem, your current gaps, and what support you're seeking from the ecosystem.
All selected startups present using the same 10-slide structure. It levels the playing field and makes feedback sharper.
Only five startups are selected per session. If your application is strong but Session 1 is full, you’ll be rolled into Session 2 automatically.
Many young people have talent but lack access to the right opportunities. Benue Tech Foundation bridges that gap through digital skills training, mentorship, and startup support.
